Colombian Single Origin, 1lb Bag (2lb Minimum Order)

Colombia grows primarily Arabica beans, which many coffee drinkers love for their light, floral flavor, as they are already quite tasty and don’t require a lengthy roasting technique to bring out their taste. And it’s another thing that makes us successful—our coffee. The two most significant varieties of coffee shrubs are coffee Arabica (also known as Arabica), and everyone agrees that Arabica has the best flavor. Colombian coffee is exclusively Arabica. There are no surprises. Coffees from Latin America are renowned for their vibrant, somewhat sweet acidity. In some of our coffees, the edge stands out more than the other flavors, while in others, it adds a soft but clear accent.

Description

About the coffee bean process:

Most of Colombia’s coffee is produced in the zone, or “eje cafetero” (coffee cultural landscape), in the country’s center. It covers the Caldas, Quindio, Risaralda, and northern Valle coffee-growing regions.

Wet processing, often referred to as washing, and dry processing are the two most prevalent methods used to process our coffee (also known as “natural” processing). The traditional way to make coffee is called “dry processing,” It is often used in places where there isn’t much water. After picking, it entails spreading the cherries on expansive areas, such as patios. The cherries are rotated and raked all day to ensure even drying. Depending on the weather, this procedure might take a few days. Naturally processed coffees smell strongly of fruit, both before and after roasting.
