Founded by Harnoldo Bezerra and his family, Busy Bee Roasters grew from their passion for coffee and their experiences living on Brazilian farmlands. The family wanted to share their knowledge of specialty coffee with their community, helping others experience what exceptional coffee can be.

The husband-and-wife team of founders faced challenges in adapting to American culture while preserving their Brazilian coffee heritage. Having experienced what it means to feel like outsiders searching for a sense of belonging, they created Busy Bee Roasters as a place where everyone feels welcome, where quality coffee and food serve as the foundation for building community connections.

We center our commitment on three pillars: high-quality coffee roasted fresh in small batches daily, an approachable atmosphere that welcomes both coffee newcomers and enthusiasts, and transparency in everything we do. We continually strive to improve our business, our products, and our positive impact on the community we serve.
