Mexico.
Although it's a terrific crowd-pleaser, people sometimes need help figuring out what to look for when buying Mexican coffee. And Mexican coffee is unique because it can keep its rich chocolate flavor and nutty sweetness at different roasting levels. Mexican coffee is an excellent choice if you like coffees with more robust fruit flavors.

About the coffee bean process:
Our Mexican coffee is different from coffee grown in other parts of the world because it is produced under a layer of trees that protect it like a growing forest. Most of the coffee grown in Mexico is shade-grown Arabica, and 35% of it is grown at an altitude of 900 meters, which is ideal for producing higher-quality coffees given Mexico’s relatively cold environment. Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Veracruz are the three most well-known in the world. Small farms in Oaxaca, Coatepec, and Chiapas provide a large portion of the nation’s best coffees, which are wet-processed (washed) and used in our Mexican coffee.
Mexican Dark Roast Single Origin
With notes of sugar and cashew, our dark Mexican coffee is a bold and flavorful twist on the classic. Rich, Smoky, and Sweet.
Mexican Medium Roast Single Origin
Mexicana is mild and flavorful with smooth, sweet notes of pear and sugar and a clean nutty finish. It is one of our best sellers. Mexican medium roast’s silky texture, toasted nut tastes, and milk chocolate complement mildly sweet and light fruit pastries perfectly. Try a cup of Mexican coffee while enjoying a raspberry scone or a lemon poppy seed muffin.
Mexican Light Roast Single Origin
Because this coffee uses traditional wet processing techniques and is dried individually in the hot tropical sun, it has a characteristic earthiness and flavor of location in the final cup. It also has a deliciously creamy body with notes of milk chocolate and toasted pecan.
The environmentally friendly roaster we use roasts all of our coffee.
